To discuss the ancient art of traditional milk kefir of Caucasus cultured with kefir-grains, and water kefir prepared with sugary kefir-grains. We welcome discussion of other culture food-products, some of which are explained at the owner's [Dom] extensive site: Dom's in-site
Discussing health-enhancing benefits of cultured-foods is encouraged.
This list is a valuable source of accumulated knowledge and sharing of new knowledge. Members are able to establish their own cultures. They may obtain quality live cultures of milk kefir-grains, sugary kefir-grains, Viili, Matsoni [aka Caspian Sea Yogurt], Kombucha and Jun from Dom, the list owner, including his e-book, Kefir! A Probiotic Gem Cultured with Probiotic Jewels: Kefir Grains! The book is also available as a signed printed copy by special request.
This list has moments of complete wilderness in respect to topic, which comes in waves. We stand as one world-family, faced with challenges as any worldly family ;^)
